1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Wandura (wandura.ai), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Wandura provides AI-powered tools for generating images, videos, and audio. Generations are produced by third-party AI models; results are probabilistic and we do not guarantee any particular output quality or accuracy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Wandura.

4. Credits & payments

• Generations consume credits according to the price shown before you run them.
• Generations that fail on our side are automatically refunded in credits.
• Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Your content & outputs

• You keep all rights to the content you upload and must have the rights to use it.
• To the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs you generate. You are responsible for how you use them, including compliance with advertising platform policies.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Wandura to create or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or infringes the rights (including IP rights) of others;
• depicts real people in a misleading or harmful way without their consent;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence or hate;
• attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes & contact
